Equifax, Fingerhut, WS Badcock Corp. sued for credit report claims

Equifax, Fingerhut and WS Badcock Corp. were sued Thursday in the Northern District Court of Georgia for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The case was filed by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Andy James Fraser III. Lawyers have yet to appear for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03935, Fraser v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
